Today I came with the subject which is 2feet under the land. That subject is LOYALTY TEST. I can bet you all , you all or may be some of you are unaware of the same. This is a newly invented scenario by the so called “society”. Let us see the definition first. Loyalty test is nowadays done by private agencies and some times it involves big daddy of Human resources. Loyalty test is one of the easiest ways to look in to the past and the present of any one on which you want to do this test. This test can be done on corporate private personal or social manner, with the help of human rights associations too.
Now let us see some of the personal criteria that why people allow to do the LOYALLTY TEST.
Do you have a nagging feeling that your partner might be cheating on you? Or perhaps you think that your best friend’s girlfriend is not being entirely honest with him? Chances are your partner will come out smelling of roses, or if you’re unlucky, you may see some stuff that is kind of tough to see and hard to believe! If you, or someone close to you, thinks the love of your life could have too much of a roving eye. They will test the truth and show it to you! So that it gives you a chance to check out whether he (or she) is really that into you. (Here partner means girl f friend boy friend wife or husband)
Now let us see some of the Professional criteria that why people allow to do the LOYALLTY TEST.
Do you or your boss or superior is heavy with your attitude?? This can be a simple way to explain. For an example. If you are working in a company where working culture is heavily in hands of 4-5 member or the big daddies. Here you can do the loyalty test, whether your currant business partner is proper with your side or not. It might be possible after doing this test the out comes of the same which comes out to the rebellious manner of dispute between you and your business partner. But after these tests you will be satisfy that, yes you have been saved.
In many cases where I have personally seen that the person who seeks the test for his or her partner is in the loss (approx 90%). Because in Hindi there is a tale “CHEHRE WO NAHI BAYAN KARTE JO CHEHERE DIKHTE HAI”. That means, with the loyalty test if you found your partner in professional to personal manner guilt, than you l be the only and lonely person to guilt yourself that why you have put the more than enough faith in them.
These kinds of tests are in regularity with USA. Where marriages are broken every weekends…my friends, I m sure that after rereading this article you will be little bit surprise that “esa bhi hota hai”.
So be loyal and proper with your partner else be ready to go down under 2 feet of land.

If ur partner comes out clean – nothing better than that… But if there is something going wrong – dhan te nannnnnnnnn…
Yes there are some agents doing this kind of work, and it is considered as one of the hottest profession here… Many will not be even knowing about that.. Because if they start advertising, to kaheka private detective???
As far as corporate hiring is concerned, there are headhunters who check all the record of the prospective employees and verify their experience and all those things. Moreover, there are websites for job seekers as well (like veriresume or something) those companies will verify ur experience and all that. So the employers do not have to spend extra money and resources into it..
Personal relations like Husband/wife and all that, I seriously cannot comment..
But I strongly believe and suggest people that they should learn to trust their employees and business partners, if u cannot trust them, there is no way u can deal with them.
U should have confidence in the people u hire or deal with. Check their background (again, u have to ask for their permission here), open their credit file (to know his/her credit worthiness) and have a clear discussion…

And ruchit i have read ur answer. Bt sab sochne ke bad bi aap atke to creditworthyness par hi na? I knw we cant comment bt ye bolkar sachai ko chupa nai sakte. We r living in country like india where democracy is prime. Fredom of speach atleast in india me hai apka usa wesebhi bigda hua hai.

Tanvi… Yes in personal relations – credit worthiness is not to be checked..
But professionally, I do check it.. It does cost us a bit (like equifax is definitely cheaper than experian).
There is a system here in US, and I can see the credit card information, how that person pays his debt, how he/she manages finances (like loans and bank accounts), change of addresses… All the info is available…
And before hiring employees, I prefer to check that. Having a good credit history reflects a sense of maturity..
And yaa I am 100% amdavadi, and as far as personal relations? I trust people before getting into relationship – let it be jsut the friendship!
Seriously, have no idea what goes on in Rajpath club, I have been away from ahmedabad for last 3 years.

who else ratherthan you can think on this kind of subject. Bravo. Wel ya loyalty test nowadays dn by marrid mostly. Yar seriously no1 make a remained trust on eachother.
In corporate well there is a word ” corporate governance” where you can put legl spying thing on your partner.

Dear arpit,
as i said you that i am a biggest follower of your writting. this is a real down under subject that no body can think or image even. well , at certain extent i beleave in this loyallty test if i am permitted to do so. because as tanvi has written that in today’s world faith nam ki chidiya nahi rahi sambandh me but ye jo hai wo sab kuch big people and heavely rich people ke lie thik hai. hum samanya or middle class people hai jaha ye sab sochna bhi shayad mumkin nahi.

and its not sach ka samna , what arpitji has written is a “parde ke piche ki kahani”. its so called spying.sach ka samna wese to koi authenticity nahi rakhta but ye loyallty test is more effective than sach ka samna.
hence arpitji if possible mail me yor number so that we can atleast hear the voice behind such a huge thinking brain. if possible only.

hii appii once again good coming with nice topic infact in your language burning right..
well appi you r right wat u have said but i will say one thing that first of all what you define loyalty second thing … you need to do this test only when u dont trust your partner or either way … vis a versa…
actually the thing u said is absolutely right but todays society prefer more often to live in / with doubt rather than with Trust… dats why our society started living with loyalty test just imagine appi do our parents require any loyalty test ..”NO” why because they prefer to live with Trust .. ofcourse no1 is perfect infact no1 is GOD yar who can be 100% perfect or pure but that is We humans have to understand the Cycle of this Love, Marriage & what we call LIFE.
i also agree some people (both husband and wife or boy friend or girl friends) are not loyal to their partners but the best part you know the biggest Loyalty Test is Life only which is going inside us which sooner or latter gives you result of it.
Because i believe one thing very strongly that whether its friendship or love / marriage… every thing is decided in heaven. if you will choose a wrong partner for you (by any means) as i said previously sooner or latter you will surely gonna have a break up and destiny will take you to your right one…
I believe one thing i dont need any Loyalty Test in my Life because i believe in GOD and i believe in Me … i dont think that any machine or any person will decide anything about my people around me..

The big thing to do is to trust some 1. Nw ths loyalty test belongs to undrstanding of 2 partners either they r on personal o professional relations.
